With the use of computers, networks, and robots, systems can be created to manage a variety of tasks. However, whether these systems are adopted depends on people’s trust in them. We believe that while improving the intelligence of the system can expand its applications, trust will decrease if the system’s effectiveness and safety are not fully disclosed and explained. Therefore, our research covers various topics, including the development of intelligent systems, evaluation methods, and social implementation strategies.
